This year we are celebrating 15 years of Mortgages with Joy. That means 15 years of happy customers from the ‘Happy home of mortgages’, but sadly all great things must come to an end.
Having spent the last 47 years in Financial Services and advising on mortgages and protection for the past 27 years it is with a heavy heart that I write it is now time for me to retire and concentrate on my family. Over this time, I have had the privilege of getting to know many of you personally advising across two generations helping families onto the property ladder and assisting with your financial affairs.
It is very important to me that all my clients continue to have a trusted point of contact for any mortgage or protection queries you may have. Therefore, with effect from 31st of January 2026, Mortgages with Joy Ltd is no longer providing any financial advice or services to new clients.
